1. Introduction

Welcome to Parthasarathy Regency. By using our website and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. When making a reservation, you must provide accurate contact and payment information. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Policies

• Standard Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Standard Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation to be eligible for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay or the full booking amount, depending on the rate plan chosen. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment for the room and any applicable taxes is generally required upon check-in or at the time of booking, as specified by the rate type. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash.

6. Guest Conduct and Damage to Property

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Parthasarathy Regency reserves the right to evict any guest whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or compromises the safety of other guests or staff. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property and will be charged accordingly.

7. Child and Extra Bed Policy

Children under the age of 5 stay free when using existing bedding. Extra beds or mattresses may be provided upon request and are subject to an additional nightly charge.

8. Use of Website

The content on this website is provided for general information. We reserve the right to modify prices, availability, and content without prior notice. Submitting an enquiry via our forms or WhatsApp does not constitute a guaranteed reservation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Parthasarathy Regency is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings or vehicles. Our liability for any claim arising from your stay is limited to the total amount paid for the reservation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
